Joyful July family gatherings
July has been full of summertime events. Bob and I traveled to Boise and enjoyed playing with Quinn and being "parents" of a toddler again while Jama had fun at girls camp. It was great to have time with Matt - we even saw his bridge project site. We enjoyed being with my Mom and Dad in Providence and did all the Hyrum July 4th events with extended family. What a fun time we had especially at the farm thanks to Louise and Richard. It was especially fun to watch Jack let a calf suck on his fingers and watch Jack with the attack rooster. It was nice to spend time with my brother and sisters, their spouses and most of their kids and grandkids. What a large wonderful family I'm blessed to be apart of. Staying in Pleasant View with Melissa's family was fun especially when we took the new train to SLC for a day. Melissa and her three kids traveled back to Washington with us and enjoyed the lake, pool and most of all cousin time. The "Jellyfish Club" and "Sharks" made many fun memories. Melissa introduced me to some great recipes too. I cared for Stephanies kids while she lead a successful girls camp. Jakie tried to redecorated our home and I think he thinks I am his other mom too. I am excited for Jake and Quinn to meet in August - maybe they will form the "minnow club." I think someday they will let Amelia join their club too. Being a grandmother to 9 great kiddos is fun and can't wait to meet Josh's baby boy in August.
